Stamping Saturday featuring Literary Lacquers

Today I have a rare Saturday post to share with you all! I was playing with all sorts of fun polish this morning and I thought, well I need to share something today, I can't hold all this in!

So I remembered Stamping Saturday used to be a thing right? I can't find an inlinkz code or anything, but thought I would participate and add my post if I ever do find an active inlinkz!

Today I broke out Literary Lacquers Strong Steady Hand. Literally as I was finishing watermarking these photos, I see my husband walk by the window with some nail mail! I wasn't expecting anything, so I was intrigued and wouldn't you know it, it was the new Literary Lacquers Vurt-U-Want collection sent to me for review. So expect those swatches sometime in the near future!

Anyway onto the fun nail stamping nail art!

Strong Steady Hand is a lovely orange leaning peach holographic polish. The polish features fine peach spectralacquer creating a lovely linear holo effect but also has matching micro flakies that give it an extra bling and bring it up to the next level. The polish was easy to work with, two thin coats for opacity. I would suggest a top coat though, the microflakies do provide a rougher finish (nothing textured or anything though).

I also went out side to show off the polish so you could see in all sorts of lighting as well!

For the stamping I broke out my UberChic Beauty plate 1-02, with a ton of floral images! It's pretty funny this polish is called Strong Steady Hand because that is what I needed to stamp today. My stamping was just clearly not on point. :( But I do like the final result, it is soft and pretty! I used Rica Blackout as my stamping polish, this is my go-to black polish.

Anyway, that is all for today. If you haven't tried out Literary Lacquers before I suggest you go check her out, and see the new collection (which I'll review for you soon) and her oldies as well! Literary Lacquers can be purchased at the Literary Lacquers Etsy Shop.
